Privacy Policy

1. What is collected

• When you sign up — your sign-in email and Google account identifier
• When you subscribe — a customer identifier issued by the payment processor, and your subscription state and period
• When the app signs in — a per-device sign-in token (stored hashed)
• When a description is requested — summarised facts such as slide titles, sheet names, and paragraph counts (a few hundred bytes)
• Only if you turn image viewing on yourself — the image in question

2. What is never collected

• Your documents and files themselves
• The names of the folders you hand the app, their file lists, or their timelines
• Card numbers — entered directly on the payment processor’s pages; they never reach the company’s servers

This list is design, not marketing: the server’s account store has no field a folder or a file could be written into.

3. Why it is used

Collected information is used only to verify subscriptions, generate AI descriptions, send receipts, and answer inquiries. There is no advertising profiling.

4. Processors and third parties

• Google — sign-in (email, account identifier)
• The payment processor (Stripe; to be confirmed before launch) — payment handling (card details are held by the processor only)
• Anthropic — AI description generation (summarised facts only)

Personal information is not sold or provided to any other third party.

5. Retention

Account information is kept for as long as the account exists. On a deletion request it is removed without delay, except records the law requires to be kept (such as e-commerce transaction records).

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a halt to the processing of your personal information at the contact below. Requests are handled without delay.
