Cancel the subscription
You can cancel on the account page with one button, without contacting us. Cancelling applies from the next renewal, and you keep the period you have already paid for (Refund Policy, Article 5).
If you paid outside the Republic of Korea, the button on the account page takes you to Creem’s customer page, where you cancel.
Within seven days of a payment you may withdraw instead and get it back in full.
