Refund Policy

1. The free trial

The first 14 days are free. Cancel during the trial and nothing is charged — no reason asked.

2. Statutory withdrawal

Under the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, you can withdraw within 7 days of the first charge and receive a full refund of that charge.

3. Cancelling the subscription

You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect from the next renewal. A period already paid for stays usable until it ends.

After cancellation, viewing, comparing and restoring the records you already made remains free.

4. When a card declines

At renewal your registered cards are tried in priority order; if every one declines, that month’s renewal simply does not happen. No arrears accumulate and nothing is charged retroactively.

5. How to get a refund

Request a refund at the email below; once confirmed, it is issued to the original payment method within 3 business days. The processor and your card issuer may take a few more days to post it.
