Delete the account
The button below opens the deletion screen: tick the box and press the button, and the account is deleted there and then, with no waiting period (Terms of Service, Article 7).
A running subscription ends with it, and the rest of a paid period can no longer be used. If you paid less than seven days ago, ask to withdraw first (Refund Policy, Article 9-2).
Payment and contract records are kept apart for five years, the trial mark for one, and inquiries with our answers for three years from when each was handled, then destroyed. The records on your computer are untouched.

If you cannot do it yourself, leave it here. We delete it the same way within five days of receiving it and mail the confirmation to your sign-in email. Once deleted, you cannot come back to this page.
