Restore a dormant account

A dormant account comes back the moment you sign in with the same Google account, on the website or in the app. You do not need to contact us (Terms of Service, Article 7-2).

Going dormant removed your cards and app sign-ins, so add a card again to subscribe and sign in to the app again. The records on your computer are untouched.

If you signed in with another Google account, or something is wrong with the account that came back, tell us here.

Your account tells us who is asking and about which payment, so you do not need to write dates or amounts. You read our answer here too.
