Undo a cancellation

A subscription set to cancel can be kept on the account page until its period ends, and then renews as before. If you paid outside the Republic of Korea, do it on Creem’s customer page.

If the period has already ended, it is a new subscription rather than an undo: add a card on the account page, it is charged that day, the new period starts that day, and your records on the computer open again (Refund Policy, Article 9(5)).
