Withdrawal (within 7 days)
Within seven days of a payment you may withdraw from it and get the full amount back, even if you have started using the app (Refund Policy, Article 3).
Sending this page is when you withdraw. We refund to the original payment method within three business days of that day, and the period that payment bought ends with the refund (Articles 8 and 9).
We charge no damages or fees for a withdrawal. If you paid during your trial, the free days that were left do not come back with the refund (Article 2(4)).
